RETURN/REFUND POLICY:


Please note that we are a small design studio so please be considerate with your claims.

We only accept complaints about incorrect deliveries. Complaints must be placed with 7 days after your order is received. In case your complaint will be accepted all replacements and / or return of cash will be done within 14 working days counting from the day the complaint was accepted. We normally do not accept returns if you pressed the wrong buttons during the order, but will listen to what you have to say and return your payment (minus our expenses, including billing fees and postage) if we think it’s appropriate, as long as the product is returned at your expense and in good condition.

What if my order is damaged during transport?

We pack your order in sturdy packaging suitable for transportation. Bombay Ink cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transportation. All complaints concerning packages damaged during transportation must be made towards PostNL. If your package was received without complaint we will not accept your further claims.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales made via shop.bombayink.nl are final.

Shopping & Shipping Information

Can I change My Order?

We can only change the delivery address on your order – provided the shipping labels are not generated. Sales made are final.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

At the moment we ship only in the Netherlands. We ship with PostNL using standard Track and Trace. Your signature will be required at the time of delivery.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We try our best to prepare your shipment as soon as possible but depending on the volume of orders on any given day it could take no more than 5 working days. Once PostNL receives your order it usually takes 1-2 working days for you to receive your package.

What if my order is missing?

All orders are sent using PostNL‘s Track & Trace system, so there is no chance of you missing your order. You will receive an email with a tracking code as soon as shipping labels for your order are created. You can track your orders via the PostNL website. All complaints concerning packages damaged or missing during transportation must be made towards PostNL

What if my order is damaged during transport?

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not yet. We are working on it. But if you do have a request before then do write to us at shop@bombayink.nl and we’ll try our best to get it to you.

I’m local, and I would like to pick up my order in person?

Yes you can! We are not a store but a design studio. So we will have to make sure someone is around to receive you at the door. Please mail us and we’ll fix up a time and are more than happy to chat over coffee if time permits.

Can I visit your studio?

Not unless it is for a specific commercial purpose. You could always write us an inspiring email why we should meet you or why you would like to visit us.
